§ 19-6. Same—Commission established.

Pursuant to the authority contained in such state law, there is hereby created and established a regional planning commission, the members of which shall be as provided by such law and the members of which shall be appointed for the terms and in the manner prescribed by such law. Such planning commission shall be joined with and be a part of the Mobile County Regional Planning Commission, which shall henceforth be called the South Alabama Regional Planning Commission.
