§ 19-5. Same—Region established.

Pursuant to the authority contained in sections 11-85-20 through 11-85-24, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, there is hereby created and established a region for advisory planning purposes which region shall include all of the geographical areas contained within the aggregate territorial limits of all governmental units, the governing bodies of which shall adopt an ordinance substantially similar hereto, and which region shall be joined with and be a part of the planning region of the Mobile County Regional Planning Commission.
